Module 6: Static Subordinate Demonstration
Chief Freddie gives a Static Subordinate Presentation. Many vendors offer an exercise where a subordinate issue needs to be addressed but without an actual interaction and no role player. This type of exercise is more like a presentation being given to a superior or third party. The subordinate issues must be addressed using our 5 Step Problem Solving model, SMARTCO and all the fundamentals you have learned. Watch while Chief Freddie shows you how you should present this static subordinate presentation.
Module 7: Static Subordinate Presentation Review
This presentation demonstrates how to handle a subordinate issue in the static mode. There is no interaction with the subordinate but rather you are reviewing how you would handle the situation. This could be a presentation to your supervisor or to the assessment panel. The time given here was 10 minutes.
Be sure to print out the scenario and then decide how you will handle this subordinate and get him back on track.
